I have been a Jukai customer for a while, but was very disappointed by my takeout tonight. Our spring rolls, tempura shrimp and Japanese fried rice were all very cold. It was ordered on line and when we arrived for pick up we had to wait, so it wasn’t like it was sitting there.
I was contacted by Jukai after this review was posted and they offered a credit and a promise to do better next time. The hot food should not be done until the sushi is ready. That should fix it. I will be back.

Delicious, as always, but I was quite disappointed that they forgot to put the spicy mayo on the Spicy Salmon and Spicy Tuna roll. Definitely affected the overall enjoyment.

Went for dine in which was a pleasant experience and the next day ordered take out. The packaging could have been better as it compromised food quality since all 20 pcs were stuffed into a single container. Didn’t enjoy the seafood udon was really soggy and had no taste , I previously left a 1 star review based on this but am upgrading it now since the restaurant called me and tried to make it right for me- really wasn’t expecting that but I do appreciate it. Thanks Jukai
