Anyone reading this just letting you know there is lots of asian restaurant around here in halifax. Service is really bad. Staff expressing that they do not want anyone in there restaurant. Or go to other branch not in dartmouth.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at your restaurant two weeks ago when my husband and I visited around 6:30 pm. The staff member on duty was quite rude and insisted that we sit at a specific table that was dirty at the time. When I politely inquired why we had to sit at that particular table while she was in the process of cleaning it, despite other vacant tables, she replied that it would be easier for them to close if all guests sat in one area. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially given that there were no other customers in the restaurant. We were left standing while she continued cleaning the table. I was nearly deterred from ordering due to the poor service. Specific the lady who had dye her hair, we dine in at hojo's, sushinami, jet sushi and other restaurant around here in halifax, never encounter the rudeness of in any kind of level. I will make sure i will leave this lenghty message to google review, wanted to people know that the staff there doesn't want to work at all.

I always order from here when visiting my parents. The food used to be really great. The last two experiences have been less so. We ordered online and didn't get a delivery time. The food came more than an hour later and all the hot food except one dish was cold and soggy. I called to see if there was an issue or delay with the order but they seemed to imply this is just the normal level of service.

The food is great, but I keep making the mistake of ordering on the website. You have 2 websites and neither of them actually work. It's not fair to the staff.
It's been well over a year of this, the owner of this place clearly doesn't care, so I have to give a poor review

My order was mixed up. We ordered TW5 (Spicy Cashew Chicken) and got TW6 (Crunchy Thai Chicken). Also I ordered 3 kinds of sushi and asked for enough ginger for three but only got enough ginger for 1. The food itself was terrific.

Great portion of fish but some parts were slightly chewy.
Its disappointing that mackerel is on the dine-in menu but still isn’t offered for online ordering.

Good was great! Only issue with our order was we asked for spicy tuna and got a tuna roll with avocado and no spicy mayo.

Submitted an online order went to pick it after ~45 min after it was submitted and they never even made it. Told me to wait 5 minutes when it was 20 minutes and half the staff went on break. Anyways, food was good, service was awful and this is not the first time that something like this happened to me with Jukai.

Everything was good, the only thing we were disappointed with was the sweet dreams roll. It’s supposed to have cream cheese in it and both of the ones we ordered only had avocado and sweet potato.
