The food was excellent - as usual.

You lost a star this time because you said it would be ready "in 40 minutes" (at 7.17pm). I was there on time. But I waited until 7.35pm because the (excellent) cheese wontons were not ready.
I know you were busy - and I'm glad you rechecked the order - but a 15+ minute delay meant the other hot item was cold by the time I got home.
This won't deter me - your food is always terrific.

We had a sushi party tray, a sashimi combo, spring rolls, and Tom yum soup. The sushi was great, the sashimi was fresh and delicious, and the spring rolls were very tasty. It would have been the perfect meal if we had skipped the Tom Yum soup. I don’t know if they missed some ingredients or something, but it was utterly tasteless. There was no tang and no heat, just completely bland. Thankfully the rest of the food was good enough that we still had a delicious full meal, but I would stay away from the soup going forward.
