Waiting 2 hours for an order that they apparently have never received. This will probably be my last time ordering from Jukai.

Excellent sushi, excellent karaage, they don't skimp on the sauces/dips/wasabi. Driver was very nice and arrived pretty quickly.

Did a large catering order with gluten and seafood allergies and they did an incredible job!

Food & service were fine - as usual.
But I was astonished to see the restaurant completely empty on a Thu evening when I went to collect our take-out order. Too sad. Maybe it's something to do with the "All You Can Eat now weekends only"
