No forks as requested. No spicy mayo on the side. Was on the food . Container was opened and food was at the bottom.on the bag. We didnt eat it. The 2 orders were blended together. :(

I have been a Jukai customer for a while, but was very disappointed by my takeout tonight. Our spring rolls, tempura shrimp and Japanese fried rice were all very cold. It was ordered on line and when we arrived for pick up we had to wait, so it wasn’t like it was sitting there.
I was contacted by Jukai after this review was posted and they offered a credit and a promise to do better next time. The hot food should not be done until the sushi is ready. That should fix it. I will be back.
